We are what we eat. One of the major ways to improve our health is through the foods we eat and drink. The body is a very sensitive instrument which regulates itself when supplied with a predominantly Alkaline diet.  In our western culture, the tendency is predominantly Acid.  This is one of the major causes of imbalance, dis-harmony and dis-ease.



In addition to providing nutritional advice and guidance,  I offer two different Food Preparation Classes in my kitchen, one for those who wish to transition to a mainly Vegetarian diet.
